Where do I find my booking reference?
It is on your confirmation email and WhatsApp message, starting with LT-. Use it with the phone number or email you booked with.
Can I pay my balance online?
Yes. Open your booking here and choose Pay now next to any payment that is due. You can also pay part of it early.
How do I change or cancel?
Message your consultant from the booking or contact us. Changes depend on the airline and hotel rules; we tell you any cost before making the change.
