Terms and booking conditions

These terms apply to every booking with Level Up Travel & Tours, a travel agency in Dubai (DTCM licence 000000 (demo) · IATA-accredited (demo)). On this demonstration site no real booking is made and no payment is taken.

Holiday packages: deposit and balance

• A holiday is held when you submit the booking and confirmed when the deposit is paid. The deposit is shown before you pay, usually 25% of the total.
• The balance is due on the date shown on your booking, usually 30 days before departure. Bookings made after that date are paid in full.
• You may pay the balance in instalments of any amount before the due date, at no extra cost.
• Prices are per person in AED, twin share unless stated, and include VAT where it applies.

Changes and cancellations

Name corrections are free until tickets are issued. Other changes depend on the airline and hotel rules; we confirm any cost in writing before making a change. If you cancel, the charge depends on how close to departure you cancel: up to 60 days before, you lose the deposit; 59 to 30 days, 50% of the total; 29 days or less, 100%, unless the suppliers refund more, in which case we pass it on.

Dubai experiences

Experiences are paid in full and confirmed straight away. Shared tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Private yachts, balloon flights, skydives and seaplanes have their own terms, shown before you pay. Pickup times are sent after booking; please be ready in the lobby at the time given.

Visa services

We prepare and submit applications on your behalf. The decision belongs to the embassy or immigration authority and no visa can be guaranteed. Government fees are not refundable once submitted; our service fee is refunded if we have not yet submitted.

Price promise

If, before you pay the balance, a licensed UAE travel agency offers the same package (same flights, hotels, room type, board and dates) for less, send us the written quote and we will match it or refund the difference.

Passports and entry rules

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months after your return and any visa required. We flag passports at risk when we know the expiry date.
