Privacy notice

Level Up Travel & Tours ("we") collects only what we need to plan, book and support your travel. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It is written to follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email and UAE city, and the same for everyone travelling with you.
• Passport details we need for tickets and visas: names as on the passport, nationality and expiry date; for visa applications, the documents you give us.
• Your bookings, payments, preferences (seats, meals, rooms) and messages with us on WhatsApp, email, phone and the website assistant.
• Basic website data: pages visited and device type, without advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To quote and book travel, issue tickets and vouchers, apply for visas you ask for, look after you while you travel, send the documents and reminders your booking needs, and improve our service. We send the travel letter only if you ask for it.

Who sees it

Our consultants, operations and visa teams, and the suppliers needed for your booking (airlines, hotels, ground handlers, insurers, embassies and visa centres). We never sell personal data.

The assistant and AI

The trip assistant uses your messages to answer and to book. Conversations are stored with your enquiry so a consultant can continue it. We do not use them to advertise to you.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records for five years (UAE tax rules); passport and visa documents for six months after travel unless you ask us to keep them for future trips.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it where the law allows, or object to a use of it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
