- Send us your passport and residence visa copyWe check your nationality, passport validity and residence visa against the current Sri Lanka rules, usually within two working hours, and tell you exactly what applies to you.
- We prepare the fileYou send the documents on WhatsApp or email. Our visa officer checks every page, flags anything an officer could question and fills in the forms with you.
- SubmissionWe submit the ETA online with your itinerary; the approval comes by email and is linked to your passport.
- Decision and travel packYou receive the decision, a printed copy if needed and a short checklist for the airport. If anything changes before you travel, we update you.
Questions about this visa
Is the ETA really free for some passports?
Sri Lanka has run free ETA schemes for selected nationalities. The list changes, so we check it when you book.
Do I need to print it?
It is linked electronically to your passport, but carry a copy for the airline.
Can I visit the Maldives on the same trip?
Yes. The Maldives visa is separate and free on arrival, and we can arrange the flight between Colombo and Malé.
