How we handle it

  1. Send us your passport and residence visa copyWe check your nationality, passport validity and residence visa against the current Schengen rules, usually within two working hours, and tell you exactly what applies to you.
  2. We prepare the fileYou send the documents on WhatsApp or email. Our visa officer checks every page, flags anything an officer could question and fills in the forms with you.
  3. SubmissionWe book your appointment at the visa centre, prepare and check the file, and you attend for fingerprints and photo. The passport is returned through the centre.
  4. Decision and travel packYou receive the decision, a printed copy if needed and a short checklist for the airport. If anything changes before you travel, we update you.

Questions about this visa

When should I apply for a summer trip?
Appointments for June to August fill from March. Apply as soon as your dates are firm: you can apply up to six months before travel.
What are common reasons for refusal?
Unclear finances (sudden deposits before applying), missing employer letters, or bookings that do not match the itinerary. We check all three.
Can I visit Italy on a Swiss visa?
Yes. A Schengen visa covers all Schengen countries, but you should apply to the country where you spend the most nights.
